Massoud Saberian, PE, PTOE is a registered professional Traffic Engineer in Oregon and California, and a registered professional Civil Engineer in Oregon and Washington as well as Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) through Institute of Transportation Engineers. In addition, he has been Project Manager, Supervising Engineer, and City Traffic Engineer in three western states including 4 municipalities (Oregon, Washington, California), two counties (Oregon, Washington) as well as Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) since 1988. He also has over 8 years of civil/traffic engineering experience with five west coast consulting firms.

With over four decades of professional experience in the fields of civil and transportation engineering, he has established a communicative and unique out of the box approach to problem solving, analytical ability in identifying roadway deficiencies and safety solutions.
